This cozy, sunny, beach house is perfect for a romantic get-away, a fun vacation for the entire
family, or an exiting surfing trip with friends. This two story house is located in Channel Island
Beach area closed to the world famous Silver Strand surfing spot in the city of Oxnard, Ca. In the
county of Ventura. Santa Barbara is only 25 minutes away. The LA airport is about 45 minutes away. This two-story house has a huge sunny deck with a gas barbecue grill and outdoor furniture. The bottom
floor has a king-size bed, a daybed, TV with VCR and DVD player, a beautiful full bathroom, and a
walk-in closet. The upper floor boasts a second bedroom that can be use as a family room with a Cable TV,
stereo, and a daybed that sleeps two; a bathroom; a modern kitchen and dinning area; as well as a living
room with a sofabed that sleeps two. The loft is a third level with a view of the channel and Kiddy Beach.
It has a bunkbed, great for two older kids. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, and everything you will need to feel right at home.
The washer and drier are in the double car garage. There's a telephone downstairs and one upstairs.
