Oceanfront (tidal) Maine vacation rental house in Deer Isle, Maine. This is a beautiful house, and it is very well-equipped. The house located on Dunham Point Road, adjacent to the Deer Isle Yacht Club. This is a very desireable street that winds along the ocean. There is a lot to do on Deer Isle, but with this as your base you rarely will need to leave your neighborhood. Even better, this is a newer house with new appliances and mattresses purchased in 2001. We added a new screened gazebo by the shore in 2003. Do you like lobster? If so, just call our neighbor who is a lobsterman in the morning, and he'll drop lobster off (at a discounted price!) at your house in the afternoon! Internet access: we have arranged for high-speed (DSL) access from May - October each year. This is a free service for you available at no additional charge.
